The main objectives of soil tillage after harvest:

• peeling stubble of the harvested crop;
• provocation of drops;
• weed control, pests and diseases of cultivated plants;
• the preservation and accumulation of moisture in the soil;
• partial preparation of soil for sowing of subsequent crops.

After stubble breaking not only germinate the volunteers and weed seeds, which crumbled this season, but soil stocks of seed from previous years, in the upper part of the plow layer. Germination of volunteer grain and weed seeds after peeling is because work on agricultural machines loosened topsoil.
